It does work for drafted transactions. But it will not touch a paid, reconciled, closed-period or linked transaction, it keeps no record of what it removed, and no client has ever accepted a chat transcript as evidence. We do the messy jobs, and we hand you the proof.
No, and there never will be. Multi-Delete does not charge per record deleted, and it will not introduce one — the incumbent’s per-transaction pricing is the thing we set out not to copy.
No. There is no signup, no email gate and no password to use the tool. When you connect a QuickBooks company we store exactly one thing — your Intuit token, encrypted — so the connection survives a browser restart. Disconnect deletes it and revokes our access at Intuit.
Nothing about safety. The forced export, the dry run, the per-record log and the reconciliation and linked-transaction warnings are free on every run, at every size — a destructive tool that hides its guardrails behind a paywall should not exist. Pro is about doing the job repeatedly, across many companies, with something you can hand a client afterwards.
